Your rental records stay on your device. One Rental Management stores the rental data you enter locally on your device, rather than uploading it to Unobot Industries servers.
This policy describes how One Rental Management (also described as Rental Management or Rental Manager), provided by Unobot Industries, handles personal information. It covers the app and its subscription features.
1. Information processed by the app
The app processes information you enter or import to manage rental operations. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Tenant names, phone numbers, email addresses, ID references, and emergency contact details.
- Property and owner details, addresses, unit assignments, and lease information.
- Billing, utility readings, payments, balances, receipts, and transaction references.
- Worker details, attendance, cash advances, and payroll records.
- Company details, logos, and other settings you provide.
This information is used to provide the functions you choose, including rental record management, billing, statements, receipts, reports, and backup and restore.
2. Local storage and access
Rental records are stored on the user's device. The app does not upload those rental records to Unobot Industries servers. Storing records locally means Unobot Industries cannot retrieve them from a central rental database on your behalf.
Anyone with access to your device, exported documents, or backup files may be able to access the information they contain. Use appropriate device access controls and protect files containing personal information.
3. Backups, exports, and sharing
When you create a backup, export a document, or print a report, the resulting file or document may contain personal information. You control where you store or share these copies. If you place them in a cloud-synced folder or send them through another service, that service handles the copies under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Microsoft Store subscriptions
App acquisition, subscription purchases, and related Store transactions are handled through Microsoft Store. Microsoft's handling of information for those services is governed by its Privacy Statement. This is separate from the rental records you enter in the app.
5. Support communications
If you contact Unobot Industries for support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, attachments, or screenshots, and use it to respond to your request. Avoid sending tenant records or other sensitive information unless necessary, and remove unrelated personal information from attachments.
6. Retention, correction, and deletion
You control the rental records stored on your device. Use the available app functions to review, correct, or delete records, subject to any dependencies between them. Deleting a record in the app does not automatically remove copies from backups, exports, printed documents, or other services. Manage those copies separately.
If you are a tenant or worker whose information was entered by a landlord or property manager, contact that person or organization about access, correction, or deletion. Unobot Industries does not hold their locally stored rental database.
7. Responsibilities when entering information
Users who enter information about other people are responsible for having an appropriate basis to do so, providing any required notices, limiting access, and meeting applicable record retention and privacy obligations.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its information handling changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
